  8. Someone at head office ,(or maybe working from home) has blocked access to Our Tesco login from colleague’s mobile phones or tablets, as the website iclearly has a security problem. Yet no management on my shift in my store has been trained how to download, install, and activate the app which I believe is now required to give a safe level of security, to be able to view my payslip. It is a legal requirement for colleague’s to have access to their’ pay slip. I suggest all colleagues are given full training immediately

  9. TESCO is the worse employer on Earth at the moment. Need to acsess my account to see my wages and getting the same message as everyone else. TESCO know about this and are doing northing, mainly because it is only effectiong their low paid workers. If this was directors or top mangers thisd woulkd have been sorted out straight away.   10. Guys, just go to your store and login first with Wifi.(Colleague). your username and password. Leave your mobile Data on aswell. after that it should be alright.

  12. The phone numbers posted above as colleague help number are for the shares department nothing to do with help desk. I live in a mobile blackspot, I have been off ill for a while, I cannot access our tesco as I cannot receive the pin number texts to authorise access to my account. I cannot find a help number, I am told to log in to find the information. Can you change to email a pin instead? Feeling very frustrated as need to update my training extra.
