• Your username is your CFVH + nine-digit employee number with leading zeroes (i.e., 000001234) + the first four letters of your first name.
• That your Default Password is your CFVH + the last four digits of your Social Security Number, e.g., CVFH####
• Your 9-digit employee number is there at the top-right corner of your pay stub.

How to Setup My Estub Account?

When you log in to your My-estub account for the first time, you will be required to complete some initial setup steps, including changing your default password. Follow these instructions to do so:

1. Enter your default password as the current password.
2. Create a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Your new password must include:

• At least one number
• At least one upper-case letter
• At least one special character (e.g. !, ?, $, #, etc.)

3. You will also be required to answer two security questions to help you reset your password in case you lose it. Choose the security questions from the drop-down menu and provide an answer for each one. Make sure to remember these answers or write them down somewhere safe.
4. Click “Next” once you have provided correct answers for both security questions. The “Next” button will not appear until you have done so.
